ACARAKI JAMU : Modernize the Existency

Enjoying Jamu in fancy way

Jamu is a traditional herbal drink in Indonesia. It is like a tonic drink with several infusions. The taste is very unique, which is come from their main ingredients, such as fruit, herbs, flowers, and spices. In Indonesia, jamu is usually bought by the 'mbah gendong', a lady who put the basket with bottles of jamu mix and glass into her back.

Acaraki Jamu is located in Kota Tua Area. The owner wants to bring the new concept of Jamu, which pulls Jamu to a higher level. Usually, people enjoy jamu on the side of the road, but now with cafe interior and full-tech tools, jamu is served in a more modern style in here. They serve two types of jamu, Beras Kencur and Kunyit Asam. There are levels for each type, so for the beginner, you can choose the light one. There are also other beverages with jamu mix, like Saranti, a combination of milk and cream with Beras Kencur, for those who like sweetness.
